Today, we’re featuring a recent staff meeting and training!

CEO, Stephen K. Thomas, made opening remarks.
Trainer, Jessica Lloyd, did a fun ice breaker involving a frog stuffed animal used as a hot potato , eventually leading to select staff doing their interpretation of the Macarena!
Carrie Burris, our Fiscal Manager, informed staff members of upcoming performance incentives.
We had an occumetrics speaker discussing upcoming surveys.
Ronda Blaney discussed how to best prepare for our upcoming CARF survey.
Our CEO discussed some items regarding supervision, as presented at a recent seminar.
Kelly Gallagan, our Performance Improvement Officer, presented on “Ethics and New Challanges.”
Deputy CEO, Darla Merola, presented on the link between tattoos and recovery and handed out some fun temporary tattoos!
Jessica ended the day with trainings on transportation and risk assessment.
